How I did it:

Remove front wheel. Have someone weigh down the back while the bike is on the center stand to remove the front wheel. Once the wheel is removed, place it on a 2x4 that's on top of 2 cinder blocks. Strap bike down to cinder blocks, then remove the rear wheel.
