Its hard to be reasonable when your dealing with a bunch of idiots that try to say that doing over such and such speed is only an accident. The outrageous charges if you get caught disobeying this law are there to prevent them from being broken in the first place. Dont get me wrong I dont agree with all the law but I also don't feel sorry when someone goes out and breaks the law knowing what can happen. Choose your time and place to goof around, I'm pretty sure this law wont affect those that speed-stunt or whatnot in the right type of place being not on a major highway where there are alot of police.
