Most retarded comment ever. People go the speed they feel safe at,regaurdless of speed limits. If it's not safe 2 go the posted, they don't. If it's safe to go 30+ they will. People gotta learn speed limits aren't for safety,they are pure revenue. Speed doesn't cause fatal accidents on the highway,speed diferential does.
