$191 on ebay, refurbished Garmin Quest 2 is in the mail. It retails for $699 at Cabelas.com

From what I've researched it should do all that I would need and more.

Don't need XM radio, or wireless bluetooth calling. Plus it lasts for 20hours on a charge and can fit into a shirt pocket.

The high end Zumo goes for around $600 on ebay, $900 retail and has a battery life of 6 hours unless you hardwire it. Maybe if I were a heavy adventure tourer, but I just want this tool to explore new backroads without pre-planning and printing up a map.

Now I just gotta figure out a way to mount it, preferably on the front half of the tank. I'm not particularly interested in a RAM mount as it would seem to grossly obscure the instruments.
