I love my TLR. It's godawful loud, it doesn't like to idle. It belonged to a fat guy that wheelied it before i bought it. I have electrical issues.
But thru all that, I fucking LOVE that bike. It's just brutal. Try to ride it like an inline four and you'll just flip it over. She is not very forgiving if you get ham fisted with the throttle. It's a bike that demands respect coming out of corners.
But it's also a great bike for lazy riding. No tap dancing on the shifter- stick it in 4th and it'll putter thru traffic or have you ripping along well over 100MPH. It's a true point and go type of bike.
I just can't see me trading that thing for any other liter bike, unless it's a newer v-twin. Just lost interest in inline fours after owning a twin.
