Handle bar is the LSL Streetbar. They might have black too. Yes, i can turn fully side to side, no problems. comes within 1/4 inch from hitting tank. i have detailed pics of it on a thread i started awhile back(you know what to do
)
Havent rode the bike yet(still healing from surgery), but the view is from right under my arms, no need to move the arms.
