what would be your concern, eating before bed adds pounds or keeping you up, or something else?
one thing that most do not think about is acid reflux. after you eat, the acid in your stomach increases. then when you lay down flat, you increase the chance of that acid entering your esophagus. overtime, this will lead to acid reflux and ulcers.
also, eating acidic food will also increase the chance of acid reflux.
if you are concerned that what you eat will keep you up, don't eat any simple carbs or foods w/ high sugar.
