You would love for her to ride but you know how dangerous and challenging it is. You also know that she's not a natural...this does not make you a bad person...I think you just care.
If she's a bad driver she shouldn't be on two wheels (or four actually). Maybe you can try and get her hooked on dirt like you mentioned but it sure sounds like her on the road would be an accident waiting to happen.
