whey protien
I've been trying to drop this gut and get in shape with cardio and lifting. I've been eating healthy and trying to eat less calories than i'm burning. I was thinking about eating whey to make sure my muscles get enough protien. I just want to make sure this isnt going to hinder the fat burning cause i know poeple take it to gain weight. I'm assuming it just contributes to muscles. I just dont want to do all this work and have my body using the protien instead of the fat i'm trying to lose. I dont know if that even makes sense, I never took it before and dont really know anything about it.
