Dude that is just silly and uneducated of you, since rubbernecking is the number one cause of accidents then everyone should have to wear a blinder all billboards should be removed, all shiney paintjobs gone, no more mags to look at, all bikes should be the same, women should all wear ankle length dresses, all buildings should be painted grey. damn this isnt sounding to much like America to me.
