JB weld can be tapped for threads just an FYI.

The gasket should come with sealant if it is necessary. It is probably not needed. I think the only thing you need to do is lubricate all of the o-rings like the one around the oil level switch with engine oil. Make sure that you get new crush washers. The service manual has a list of the steps to install the oil pan, so I would follow that instead of asking people on here. I would NOT torque the oil drain bolt all the way to 30 ft/lbs again and just safety wire it instead. Good luck.
