Incorrectly adjusted my chain tension after install of sprockets and 520 conversion. Ordered me the wrong sprocket. Didn't pump my rear brake back up after removing caliper, so the first time I tried to use it I had no pedal at all and almost wrecked because having no rear brake all of a sudden freaked me out. I know what a burnout smells like, and they were doing them on my bike before I got it back. They also removed my rear master cylinder reservoir for some reason, and didnt bolt it back.

Bought my bike there they were pretty cool. Took it in for first service which took two weeks. They let it sit outside for the two weeks, ordered me the wrong k&n filter, and wrong frame sliders, and they charged me for a valve adjustment they didn't actually do. They also didn't latch my seat correctly and put a huge gouge in the bottom of it, now its hard to put on.
