As a dealership, these guys are a rip off. My friend worked there for a whole summer, and then when he tried to buy a new R6 they wouldn't even give him a discount off of sticker when he knew how much they would make on the sale. He complained and then they fired him.
However, the repair shop is great. They helped me out a ton when I crashed and my loan company was hassling me for repair shop not sending a list of repairs even though the repair shop sent it like 10 times.

No experience with the dealership, but the repair shop is phenomenal. These guys remembered me after only bringing in the bike once a year ago. They do a good job, and they'll give you a straight up response if you ask for an estimate. I always end up talking to them for 15-20 minutes about bikes and the track.
