These gloves are carcass in the palm and fingers. The top of the hand is lined (not moveable) and the gauntlet is lined. The top of the palm is lined with a good amoun of padding. The stitching appears to be coarse enough where it doesn't degrade the strength of the leather.
I don't remember the size (too lazy for second trip to the garage). They were fairly stiff for the first few days, but have broken in nicely. The palm has a grippy bottom and the fingers provide a good feel. Mine were very snug when I bought them and have broken into a form fitting glove. I've seen people buy gloves too big and then they are sloppy upon break-in. These seem to have given a little in the past 1.5 months of almost daily riding.
I'd recommend these, as they seem to offer great protection (don't really care to find out first hand). Maybe someone else can on that account. Buy them fairly snug if you like a form fitting glove. If you like 'em a little loose, get them just a tad snug.
*** I'm looking for a "Snug" chart for comparison.
