I have Pirelli Sport Demons on my 250. They grip well and let me push it as hard as I have ever tried to without issue. I would HIGHLY recommend you buy it online though. The dealer I went to made me wait 4 weeks because they couldn't manage to get the rear tire.
On top of that, they charged me like $300 for the set of tires. So definitely order online and bring them in.
