Go up in the rear and down in the front. I wouldn't go too drastic or you'll not keep the front tire on the tarmac. Also, you can fiddle with the tune on a power commander. It is not as tunable as the tuneboy, but you can adjust fuel ratio in fairly small increments based on throttle position.

You can get a custom map if you have not already....elsewise try different downloadable maps. Like someone said....you'll pretty much need a dyno for this if you want maximum performance for fairly litle money. If you are dragracing...then get a different bike; you'll have better luck.
