"It is a bit hard to tell with the small images, but I'd say with 85% certainty that this is an adult cooper's hawk. The long tail, grey wings and two-tone head all look right for that, as does the orange/white breast. Cooper's are really common among urban settings and they are often found around people's houses - where they pick off birds from bird feeders."

(after sending larger images) "Clearly an adult cooper's hawk. In the image that ends with 413, you can see the red eye. A peregrine falcon has a dark eye and a red-shoulder has a lighter eye that is not red."
