In FACT, with the linkage setup and a small amount of modification and nothing else, you can have a reverse shift pattern.
I know this because i attached the shifter upside down the very first time i put it on. (oops!!)
And yeah- i will trade you your shifter for one of mine. I have been meaning to try one of the direct ones. People say they are better. I have no idea why. Mine is the smoothest shift bike i have ever ridden, and the linkage is not bad at all.... but like i said- i'd like to have one to try.

But my direct shifter is located very deep though...
It's nothing like regular shifter joint you see everywhere. It's depth is at least 2 inches.
Anyway, I will go take a look at T595's.
Do you know what year of 595 have linkage shifter?
