Also, I should add that if the fender mounting adapters can be eliminated by using an 06 or 07 R6S fender, then making the axle shims and caliper shims is a piece of cake and something that someone (possibly someone I know who took over for me with the FE Kit) could provide. The shims that I made back in the early days of this mod were .090 thick aluminum and worked fine. I still have the CAD files that I used to cut them out. Pictures of them can be seen on the fork mod thread.

EDIT: Nevermind about the fender question...the 06 & 07 R6S still uses a 60 series tire.
