I think reincarnation would be a great DEFENSE for murder. After all- you can't really ever kill anyone that way. Merely shuffle them off to the next life. So in that regard, there is no murder and you can go out today and shoot a school bus full of 2nd graders. You aren't killing them, right? Just moving them on to their next life........

I think we've really hit on something here. Quick, pass me the 7.62mm FMJ, I gots me a school bus coming up the street now!!!!
