I bought myself a black speedy last year. Fantastic bike. The brake issue has been resolved, not without some arm twisting bs'ing and threats, letter writing etc... Anyway, it was the 05's and early 06 bikes. Bad cylinder coating that allowed brake lever to be pulled all the way to the handlebar in some cases. Affected certain vins. Problem solved mid 06. Call dealership for vin.
