Not sure what you are referring to "coming with it"? Compare the "IN THE BOX" items:

I looked into the TomTom Rider (1)...but it falls short for me on several accounts. The TomTom Rider 2 has a bit more features...but still falls short:
1. Only works with the TomTom bluetooth headset (which does come in the box).
2. Only works with ONE headset (hence no intercom).
3. Does not have standard mic and audio jacks (hence no intercom and no chatterbox and no scalibility).
4. Does not have MP3 capability (no music at all).
5. Zumo has the theft proof motorcycle mount and car mount inclusive.
6. SD card on TomTom is used for maps and application. SD card slot is open for whatever on the Zumo (i.e. MP3 files)--maps and ap is internal memory.
7. Zumo speaks STREET NAMES. Not just, "Turn left in 50 ft"...but "Turn left in 50 ft onto Main Street."
8. Zumo even has a picture viewer so I can load up pictures of my kids (and my smoking hot wife) to show the guys.

Just found this comparison: http://www.yournav.com/content/s/317...m_RIDER_2.html

If you want a GPS with bluetooth headset, bluetooth cell phone, no music, no XM, for only one person...then you are okay with the TomTom. If you want MP3, with multiple headsets (of your choosing wired/wireless), and a ton of other features...then go with the ZUMO.

BTW...Here is the response from TomTom support:
----------------------------------------------------
Thank you for contacting TomTom Customer Support in regard to your TomTom RIDER inquiries. We are more than glad to assist!

In regard to your 1st inquiry, the RIDER will support only one headset so I'm afraid you wont be able to connect a second one.

To answer your 2nd question about the INTERCOM capabilities of the RIDER, I regret to inform you that option is not present on this unit, and unfortunately the RIDER's bluetooth is the only device compatible with the unit itself. We really apologize for any inconvenience this might cause to you, and appreciate your comprehension.

If you have any further questions or comments, please e-mail or call us at 1-866-486-6866 Monday through Saturday, 8:30am to 7pm EST. Thanks again for writing. At TomTom we believe in showing you the way, the easy way.

Best Regards,

TomTom Support Team
