Ok, let me get this straight, they were running these bikes at 46.4 degrees (8c) and Herman Munster was in the saddle because those times are nowhere near anything ever posted in the past. Then, we see a hp rating that would appear to be off by 4hp to the original Motorcyclist magazine dyno test of April 2004 where the bike pulled 92.8rwhp with 43.9 ft/lbs and a 1/4 mile time of 11.30@ 118.84mph. Now, if this wasn't bad enough, it took Herman 166 feet to stop an FZ6 from 70mph and this idiot has a license to ride a bike? I think Herman needs to take an MSF class and quick.
I read an article just after I purchased my FZ6 where the rider burned up a clutch after 11 runs but managed to get an 11.07 at 121mph out of the box stock FZ6 and as for the top speed of 143, that's a load of BS because I have hit 147mph with mine and the GPS tattletail don't lie. Yeah and there was more left.....
