I just got a speeding ticket claiming 58 on a 40. The road is a busy 5 lane highway. I am sure I was not going over 55. I thought I was just going to get a warning but he kept on commenting on how fast my bike looked. This is my first ticket ever. This happened 4 miles from my house. What is the best way to defend this in court?. How much can this screw my driving record? .
