I am not going to preach to you, but take this as a learning experience and stay way from drinking and driving and drugs all together. If your girl is into drugs get another girl!!
Now that being said, the best advice I can give you is to get a lawyer and see what he can work with out the state's attorney. Lawyers are expensive but if you try to take it to trial or plead it out yourself you going to get hammered. I see people take things to trial with out a lawyer and try to represent them selves and get screwed, because the state is a lawyer and knows what and how and to ask questions, and the cop goes to court at least once a week so knows how to testify.
