Just pay real close attention to the one that says "if the victim is under the age of 18 years old and the suspect is 4 years or more older than the victim it constitutes statutory rape".
I believe the legal age of consent in TN. is 14 but I will double check that tonight at work where I have access to the proper books to look that up.
BTW.......wondering if Fred is nervous yet?
