why wouldnt you say, "I love you," to a chick... If you care for a girl alot and have alot of emotions for her and she gives it back .... Then you are falling in love. Theres nothing wrong for saying it. Shit happens for a reason; like the saying, Rather loved and lost then never loved at all. If you fall in love within 3 months theres still nothing wrong with saying it. You have to be secure with eachother thats all.
