I don't know if you guys read the article from Cycle World -August 2005 issue. But, they have a read in there about "Triumph's Transformation". It talks about the 800cc 3-cylinder being spotted testing over seas.
A spokesman for Triumph says" When we do something, we're gonna do it in a distinctly Triumph way." "Today we wouldn't do the TT600. It's an inline-four 600, and there are four other manufacturers who do that very well." "We want to give consumersa distinctive reason to buy a Triumph."

If they release a 800cc 3-banger..that is for sure gonna be my toy for 2006
