I'm not sure about the rest of the hooligans on here, but I know that *SOME* of us (not naming names here...but his name starts with a G and ends with an IXXERKING) have ended up persecuted for our beliefs in the ability for any vehicle on the road to be able to go as fast as they safely can...and these *ahem* 'miscreants' have gotten a bit of a traffic citation record. What would the rate be (hypothetically) for a 28 yr old male, divorced, 1 child, owns his home, has had a license for over 10 years, has 2 outstanding tickets, one OUTSTANDING! crash (fell asleep in his truck, totaled the motorcycle in the back of the truck, $15k damage to the truck), and a sincere PROMISE that he will NEVER EVER EVER get another speeding ticket?
