Rouge is a good source. For what to do it depends on how deep your pockets are. If it were my bike, this is what I would do and in this order.
1. Have GMD Computrack set up the chassis, install a Penske 8700 series rear shock and modify the forks with race setup for your weight. The before and after effect of this is dramatic on my RC51, also when they set up my Gixxer. Suspension and chassis setup are the biggest improvement you will experiance.
2. Stainless Steel brake lines front & rear
3. New rubber. I would have the chassis set up for Dunlop 208 GPs
3. Full TI exhaust, Sato probably
4. Powecommander III & Rouge Map
5. Gearing change. Honda typically geared too tall.
6. Light weight wheels & 520 chain & sprocket kit, Brembo light weight rotors.
