Do you really need photographic proof of it in order for you to justify my statement? If so, it can be arranged. I'd hate for you to have to obey the law, and all, on the basis I haven't offered you poloroids indicating I do. And, my bike idles at 227 degrees, in all ambient temperatures - so I raise your meager 200 by a cool, 27 degrees. It's still illegal in your state, and only legal in California if I'm not mistaken. I've driven an automobile in California for years and I can tell you horrid stories of how lane splitting is abuse and should be deemed illegal there, too.
You can do something about it. Pull off the road and let traffic clear up before suiting back up, saddling back up, and riding on.
